Username Character Limit

Um, I'm having a question.
How do you extend the Username Character Limit? I'm trying to have Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus register, but part of his name is cut off, and I really don't want to make him TRNC.

If I'm not wrong, the limit character of Username is 25 character, including space..
And I don't think this can be extended..
Maybe you have to suggest it.. Wink
