I really couldn't understand

Hello.I have problems about my forum.ı don not know how can I do that.I have a Turkish forum and I can understan english but I couldn't do it.First of all I couldn't did forum/category.I tried but I cannot see them when I saved them.I can give you my adress

thanks.I tried your advices but I didn't work.In my forum has this writing:

"This board has no forums".So I cannot do anything...
I did everthing which is in Creation and Posting of Categories, Forums and Sub-forums but did not work.

I think I were passing something but I cannot understand.

I changed od forum name andI cereate a new forum because I couldn't anything.
I want to understand that:when I made a category ,I couldn't made second category.I read links but I could not find something about my problem...

Hello.I didn't want to put another topic so I wrote here...
I wanna put a forum clock.I tried it with this code:

but it didn't work.But It works in my turkish forum...why???And what can I do to put clock,accounter,guest board,youtube videos ,radio?I can do all of them my other forum...
