How do you turn on the html in the forums Empty How do you turn on the html in the forums

When i want to post a topic or one of my members want to that has html code in it, we can't because it says its turned off how might i go about turning it on. Thanks

Admin/users + groups/user settings...allow HTML. And they will have to allow HTML in their profile as well....profile/preferences/allow HTML.

how come it doesnt work. html is on and its already d same, nothing change. we cannot embed a html code. anyone? pls help.
