Free Program links - Rapidshare links

hello everyone, keep up with the good work

i wanted to ask you about adding links in my site.
there are many sites in the NET that they are shareing FREEWARE programs

Is it possible for me to add links in the forum so ppl can find freeware stuff????
is this illegal ??


and something more about Rapid an admin in an another forum told me that illegal is to add "ACTIVE" rapidshare links, if you add "ordianary text" it is not illegal.

is this true ????

yeah sure, thats what i wanna add in the forum, not the porgrams it self

i just wanna add links for freeware stuff

and rapidshare links as TEXT

there was a similar discussion about torrents some time ago, and the conclusion was that its not against the forumtotion TOS, if the site you link to (active or not) does clearly not contain anything illegal downloads, text, images etc... that are copyrighted, illegal or otherwise against the TOS.

you can find every cover you like in the net, isn t it true ???

it doesnt matter what medium you have - they either conform to the rules or not. lyrics or artwork for example can be copyrighted. it just depends if you have the permission of the author...

I have a question about rapidshare,I create many tutorials everyday and i want to upload to rapidshare because many users have not yet ADSL and they want to read tutorials OFFLINE,is this illegal?

You can do that. Just don't put cracks,keygens ,serials and other nonlegal programs.
