but there are many forums broke the TOS and they dont delete it why only my forum?

your forum was removed because it broke forumotions terms of service agreed to when signing up, by having protected works on your site. The decision is final. There may be many forums out there doing the same, but forumotion does not have the time to check them all, only ones that are reported to forumotion by someone or the likes of google, which yours was. If you know of any sites needing investigated please let us know.
