News widget doesn't update itself

So i have that News widget that is in Existing widgets, but it doesnt update to the newest topic from the category i have chosen.How i can fix that?

The announcement forum is the one to be shown there right?(on your settings):
Admin Panel > Modules > Portal Management > Structure > News widget > Modify :
Board of the news : Announcement
> Save

It will only update if there's a new post on that board.

How i can make it show topics that are Global or Must Read! to be shown as well?

Global one won't appear i Suppose. However, must read is a sticky for a specific forums so that should appear.

Kk i made the topics normal and they still doesn't appear.How i can fix that?

Did you post in them? Are you talking about Latest Topics or News Widget?

news widget

In the news widget, whichever thread has a new post that thread will come up first. So that way, threads which won't have a new post go down the widget.

I know, but those who appear are old topics that has no new posts since may 2011.There are two new topics that last post is from today and 23 november this year, but they just don't appear.

Please pin point with screenshots to the problems. I saw the news widget, don't really see a problem with them.

These two doesn't show for some reason.
