Suspicious activity related to account

Hello,

Recently one of the members of my forum reported me about the onlineguardian activity suspicion thing.



I've received reports about it before so from what I know they only need to fill-up the form and prove they are human and everything will be back to normal. But this member I'm talking about now is still having that problem even though he has completed the form already. I tried logging in his account and everything is fine, only with him.

Is there any other cause for this and any solution?

Make sure that he/she fills the forms correctly, now, if the problem still persists, I suggest you to PM Leeloo(admin) with your forum link and the username of that member.
