can admin make his ip hidden to moderators

2 things
if you allow me
1- can admin add amember from cp so he doesnot have to be appearing
too much in forum
2- can admin make his ip not shown for moderators if he is using another
name so moderators don't see him talking to himself

i made some changes may be now it is more understandable thank you looking for your reply

i didnt see any option in my forum to add a member. The admin activate a user from the admin panel.

2- There is only one way, by using a 1px transparent gif for the IP button, but at the same time, the moderators will not be able to check other users' IP when problems occur...
