Add/Remove group members

How can I set up a group to be able to add/remove users from another group without giving them admin access.

I want the moderators to have the ability to add/remove users in other groups without giving them full access to edit the form settings.

Can this be done


Also, I have no idea how I did it but I was able to set up an account with the ability to add/remove users.

only admins and the Forum moderator can add/remove members from that group. So you can choose a moderator and make him/her the moderator of the group you want and then he/her and you can add/remove members for that group. To set a group moderator go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Groups=>Group administration and click on this icon next to the group you want to modify. On the next page look for this option "Group Moderator:" and type the name of the moderator you want.
