No Activation

Is there a way for me to make it to where my users do not have to activate their account?

No. You can only change the activation for User(where users receive an e-mail they need to confirm) or Admin(Where the admin receives an e-mail for every new registered member)You can change this setting from admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings. The option is called "New accounts activation"

I do this, but my users get a 'User not found'

This has happened to many people, Yes, their name shows in the member list, But they aren't activated, as in, unable to talk ive just put it on admin, and it says this to me aswell.

Any ideas?

have you checked in admin>>>users and groups>>>inactive users?
