Solved Tab name, please help!

so on my tab for my forum it says Free forum: Foreverfantage. Thats what my forum used to be called. Now it is ChibiLand, heres the link http://chibiland.forumotion.com/ I have no clue how to change it though. I changed the link and the name but the tab name isnt changing. Confused Please help me!

Btw, I am admin Chibi_girly_ (:
