What happens if someone reports/complains about your forum?

Recently one of my mods dilibrately deleted posts of someone he did not like, so my and my other two admins decided that it was right to demod him, not only that, we got multiple complaints about him beforehand. He then decided to send me multiple PMS on the forum threatening me and sending mean and rude messages and then "reported the forum multiple times" and said he hopes it gets deleted. The forum has done nothing wrong nor broke the terms of service for forumotion. I'm just afraid actions will be taken against my forum and don't know what to do. What's going to happen?

If the forum has no content which breaks the TOS of Forumotion, you should not worry.
