Is It Possible to Generate Informational Reports or Export User Data? (NOT abuse reports)

Description of problem

My forum has a large number of members who have supplied contact information at time of registration or in their personal profiles. I would very much like to generate a report or a spreadsheet (csv, for example) that would have columns containing their names, contact info, interests, and so on. I can do all that by going to their individual profiles and transferring that info one user at a time by hand, but I would much prefer to be able to get it all by generating a single report with all user names listed in the leftmost columns and in columns to the right would be the defined fields I want for the other data. I want to add that my users understand and are fine with me doing this. So is there a way by which I can generate an information report like this? How would I do it?

you can not do that ( General Data Protection Regulation ) the only thing you can do is to export your personal profile data by going to your profile information you can see that option at the end

I confirm, it is impossible for the owner of a forum to export the information of all members of the forum (including their personal data).
