phpbb2 Category as Tabs !

I am finding a way to follow what does this site do ( http://passionmangang.forumactif.com/forum ).
It has a category tabs and it's phpbb2 forum I think, I wanted some help to get that coding & scripting tutorials.

I get some of this but i think the tut fails but it was success a little.

Sometimes codes from different languages don't work properly. (I think that's the problem)

That does not look like tabs.
It's really different from what am I asking.
