animated avatars are not working

at my site ...need help fast, also my image feature isn't working;

so i would have thought it was the users not the forum. are they doing it right ie the http:// link in the 'link to offsite avatar NOT upload from link

also my image isn't working like i can't add any images to my posts;
and i am on the same version as you but, if you see my reply or new topic features are v different; plz help.
