Moderator permissions.

I searched this, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.

When I made the forum, I had to make my own Moderator group. I've got it all figured out, but I can't give moderators the ability to ban users for some reason.

They can delete posts, make them, do all that fancy stuff, but I can't figure out how to get them to ban. Please help? ):

Go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Security and look for this option "Disallow moderators to ban members" and set it to "Inactive" so that mods can ban members.
