How do i post stickys or announcements?

im new to this and im just woundering how do i post stickys or annoncments

Hi there, welcome to the support forum

If you make a new topic, by clicking the new topic button you should see underneath the submit button the options header which you can open up by clicking the + symbol. it will then drop down and show you the option to choose sticky or announcement or normal. Select your choice and only then submit your post.
