Edit these round buttons?

Is it possible for someone to shrink the size of these buttons, and to add a small padlock to the bottom right side of two of these buttons after they are smaller?

These are the buttons I am wanting to be shrunk to a smaller size.









I need them to be approximately the size of this button

not the size of the darker center, but the entire button, including the light blue shading to give that 3-D glass effect. It could be a slight be larger, but no larger than this one....

In addition to those 4 buttons made smaller, I need a small padlock added to the bottom left side of the following two buttons:

hmm, im not to sure how to do the transparent backgrounds, i edited my post while you just posted this one, lol.. i guess someone can just make the ones transparent that i just resized and than add the little lock to the one.

lol we are just editing fools! lol

Thanks for resizing them for me. Now I will just have to get someone to make them transparent for me and add the padlocks and the resized even smaller round version of the button, to the bottom.
