Solved Can't login - Lost password

I created a forum many months ago, but unfortunately I forgot the password and I can't access it now.
I remember the username and email, but when I tried to use the "Forgot Password" features.. it says :

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

Please help.
