Can i see the ip adresses of the members and the visitors who are online in my forum?

Yes...
Go to
Admin panel -> Misc ->Statistics -> Board statistics

You will get all details like
Name ; Log in time ; Last Updated ; Forum Location ; IP Address

I am greek too but cant speak greek in here so..
you can also see the IP by going to a post
of the member you want to see and click on the IP button
that is at the top (next to edit quote etc...)
