i need to change the restore tool login/pass

soooo this friend and i, created Frostwave.youneed.us, we were Co-Admins but then he got mad at a few of the members, as well as myself, so he deleted everything  on the forum, and deleted himself. The next day he felt bad and tried to use the restore tool, with the password he thought he used, but he couldn't restore it.... sooo we need it reset, i am now the only admin on the site, but it has no forums, everybody tat FrostWave would greatly appreciate getting our forums, posts, groups back. so can an admin or techi, or whoever possibly can reset the change the password and email, to Email removed
