How to change your Site Description, will searching it on Google?

you can change the text in your admin panel in "General / Homepage / Configuration" in the part where it reads "Site description".

Well, probably the google-bot hasnt visited your page for a long time as well. I have not much experience in this matter, but you could try to submit your site to the google directory (again).
