Toolbar position Empty Toolbar position

Hello,

I wanna know if is possible put the new toolbar in the bottom of the window, as fixed...
And, if possible, how can i do it?

Just one question, i notice that the "hide/show" button is not working right...
When i hide, the button reappear in the top and the toolbar doesn't hide...

Is not possible fix that?
