Forum Registration Issue

'Ello there,
One of my would-be members is attempting to create an account on my forum (rpneverdies.forumotion.com) but cannot log in. She tried to recreate an account with the same username, thinking that the system must of reset, however, the forum claims that the username is already in use. I've tried to active her through the Users and Groups > Users > Inactive users route, but she's not even showing up there, as if she had not even registered.

Please note, this may open a gateway for spam bots to register. So its better not to change the setting. Just ask the user to choose another username.
