Registration issue.. Empty Registration issue..

I'm new at this stuff, and wasn't really to worried about keeping a close eye on this issue till we grew a little. However, we are a growing. Please tell me when someone registers and I click to see who registered it tells me that the user does not exist everytime. I look in the member area and there they are. Help??
