Having a registration email issue

I have some players that need to be able to register multiple Characters with the same email. How do I go about allowing them to do this?

It is already do able, I can use more than one e-mail on one forum.

I don't want to be able to use more than one email......for example

Joe has an an email and he wants to create 4 different logins for 4 different characters but he wants to be able to use one email address.

That is what I need to know how to do.

I don't know. I can do that already. I dunno if there is a setting...

How do you do it? I don't think its possible to have the same email ID with 4 different usernames.
