How would i put the Header and Footer into codes

as this:

i want to know the FM CSS code for it


a friend of mine has a theme for Zetaboards and it allows you to change that image. but its not a FM CSS code

Its just the Header which is the whole thing behind the banner and also the black part is all complete, which would be the background. You won't be able to change it. Unless you create an image..

so our saying i can't code forum headers & footers like this?

You want to change the background of the whole forum (Black Color that is showing) and the background of the header right (The grayish part), correct?

okay, i'll go ahead and give you the code of the ZB CSS of what i'm talking about. along with the images:

Actually it has to be a full image that reaches the header to the footer, since this will be the code for it.
