Homepage Bullets, NavBar Alt Text, and Slogan Formatting Issues

My forum is acting a bit weird. The "new images" icon appears to the right of where it is meant to be, causing it to overlap with the topic images. The images in the navbar do not match the alt text. Furthermore, the uploader of the navbar images accidentally posted the same image twice, one under an incorrect name. I'm not sure where to find an actual "Members" image. The slogan text color is hard to see with the background, but I do not know the the CSS reference to the slogan. If I did, I could edit it.

Edit: Not that important, but the id I used to edit the widget positions (#left/#right) using an older skin does not work on this one.
