How to make different power for staff?

Hi give me power table of staff members. According to me Admin power will be 100% co-admin power will 80% Support moderator power will be 60 % and moderator power will be 40% in forum so how to make it? But all staff members can ban abusers or bad users.

You can't change that, all moderators/staff having moderation powers will be able to ban, you can control however what forums they can moderate via permissions.

But may be a staff is removing other posts. So i need to fix this problem. I will not give delete post power to other stafs without admin so what should i need to do?

You cannot control the powers of the staff its either Administrator or moderator.

That's why you should only recruit staff which you trust only, you can only control which member can put a sticky message, create a global message etc. via advanced permissions, but once you given a certain group/member a moderation power, they will all have the power to lock, delete, edit, ban etc.

But you can disable everyone from being able to ban by going here:
Admin Panel > Security:
Disallow moderators to ban members : Yes
> Save

Only administrators will be able to ban if you set that option.

its pretty much admin 100% access or member 0% access to the admin pannel. only thing site owners can do that other admin cant is spend the forum points you buy
