Admin AWOL

I've searched high and low but can't find a solution to this problem on your forum.

I'm a moderator on "http://www.teensangout.co.nr/" forum, but our Admin has been AWOL for several months and failed to responed to emails etc.

Is it possible to transfer admin control to myself in order to sort this forum out for the registered users?

No transfer can be made, but you can take his founder account if you're an active, serious admin or moderator of the forum, and that the founder has been away for more than 3 months
