(CSS) Default Background Color for Posts

Hello I was wondering if there was a way on my forums to add a background color (gradient preferred) for all of my administrators. I have been looking for a way to do this already but whenever I went to the thread that had the answer http://www.malware-site.www/t17-how-to-modify-the-post-background-of-a-specific-user yet I was unable to load that page for whatever reason.

Thus I am asking for a CSS code that will allow me to add specific users to a default post background to spice up my forums a tad. The color I am looking for is a golden gradient.

I dont think it can be set for each user i know it can be set to the same for every user.
It would be done with CSS.
