Hide post

Can someone tell me how can i hide the post from the members just moderators to see the post?

to hide something from members that haven't posted on that topic yet. But if you want something that only moderators and admins can see you can create a category and allow access to it only for mods.

But on this way other members can see that some one post somthing and they cant see what is that post

Yes, and that's why I think it might be better to create a forum that only moderators can see.
