Table feature in posts

I noticed a table in posting options and found I could use it to my advantage, problem is I don't know how it works. Does any one know how this works? Or is there an HTML code I have to use for this?

Really simple:

Just put a number for rows and other for fields.

For example if you say: 5 - 5 you will get this:


Same as if you where working in Microsoft Word or a similar text procesor

Of course you will have to add text manually and all that things, but the table structure is made automatically
