HELPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Empty HELPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had changed my forum's appareance everything saved and all and 1 hr later the layout comes back to the old one, but the new pictures are in the "list of pictures" section exactly like I saved them what's wrong??? I did everything manually from background colors to buttons do I have to do everything over again?????????????? Crying or Very sad Confused Sad Mad Shocked

Never mind I cleaned my computer's cookies and it problem resolved, If it happens again why is it happening ?
