Change Emails

Where is the option that allows Admins to change users email address. Now when clicked it Disappear not allowing to change it anymore. Did something change that dont allow the Admin to change it, since i have it disabled on the user level.

In the ACP --> Users and Groups --> Search User --> Find the user you want, click on his username and you should be able to edit it as its one of the first boxes you see.

Did it that way but sometimes it has a glitch saying error. But this time it worked, thanks for the advice, guess it does work just not everytime or just server glitch.
