forgot password & more problems .....

Hi everyone.

I created a forum back in the day & now i forgot completely the password & when i post the e-mail in 'i forgot my password', it tolds me :

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

It's a kind of personal forum where i store things so i'm the only member. I have an active one since 2006 with more than 200 members but that one it's only for me & i have no idea how i can login again there!!!!

Any idea?
