Domain name ac.change

Hi!

I purchased a domain name through Forumotion in 2012. and renewed it 4 months ago, I want to be able to manage it, so I want to initiate a procedure called "account change" (on godaddy).
It's basically transfer of domain name between accounts (from forumotion account to my account).
I don't want to transfer it to another registrar, I want to keep godaddy as registrar.

I don't want to be rude or something, but I'm waiting for 8 days now.
The Godfather is online every day, he post in other section of forum (Latest post : Thu 20 Jun - 11:32) and he can't reply to my request for 8 days?

If we do not get a reply from The Godfather, we cannot update you with anything. Jophy as well already asked TGF again about the same, but we don't have a reply.

Finally, its your choice what you want to do. We cannot stop you from visiting any other version of support forum. Just that it will be multiple requests at both support forums.

Or I should request a transfer of domain to another registrar?! And pay AGAIN.
I'm really disappointed in Forumotion, since I'm waiting for a month now, for a simple reply and it's VERY obvious that Forumotion (The godfather) don't want to give me my domain.
And don't tell me that he didn't had time to reply to this topic, it's been a MONTH since I opened this topic.
I'm not gonna let go of my domain and I think I should open a topic in suggestion section about domains, because in Terms of Service there is not a single paragraph about domains and who owns the domain that WE (users of forumotion) pay for.
So, all users of forumotion who read this should know that YOU (user of fm) DON'T OWN domain name that YOU PAY FOR and as you can see, you probably won't be able to get your domain from forumotion.

to do that, i'll need:

1. your godaddy account email
   
2. your godaddy account number
   
3. the concerned domain name
   
4. name+adress+email of the domain property that you gives to forumotion
   
5. the original url of the forum
   
6. forum foundation email adress

please send all this by PM to a staff member asking him to forward to me
