New Editor not compatible with iphone

I know there are a number of threads for the new editor already but my concern is that it will get lost amongst the crowd - it appears the new editor is not iphone friendly - not everyone likes to use the mobile view and can only access the forum via a mobile. Here is the description of the problem from one my mods:

On my iphone if I tap into the chat box nothing happens the first time. Or the second time. Or the third time. If I'm lucky by the fifth or sixth it might allow me to type. But even then I can't see what I'm typing because the page flails wildly around the screen behind my keyboard, and if I try to delete anything it freezes me out so I just have to hope this is making sense (I can't see what I'm typing to check).

It's practically impossible to get involved with the forum now like this.


Can this be fixed as soon as possible!

With regards to the problem, please note that the new editor is still in BETA mode and therefore bugs may exist. We apologise for the inconvenience, but they will be corrected by gathering feedback from the community.

I understand that members may not prefer the mobile version, but that seems to be the only viable solution right now.

I would assume so. The ideal would be to make it compatible with all smartphones. Keep an eye out!
