looking for onMouseover code

can someone give me this code please i want to make a few buttons on my portal to change colour when i move my mouse over it.

this should work i think:

<img src="DefaultImageURL" onmouseover="this.src='MouseOverImageURL'" onmouseout="this.src='MouseOutImage(Usually the Default again)URL'">

how can i add a link in this mate?

writing <a href="URL"> before and </a> behind the code above should work.

is there any way to put an image and when you put the mouse over it, it changes randomly between 4 images?
