How to create skin

Hi,

How I can make theme for hitskin - for my forum? I want to create theme, but I don't know how, may I have some program or what?

You need only to know some CSS and HTML ( phpBB2 / punBB ) and if you want to do something very nice , try to learn and javascript , best site to learn is CodeAcademy ( search on Google / Bing / Yahoo )

Just set pictures and others on forum?
I know HTML, and just a little (basics) of CSS and Javascript
I don't need any program or something, just edit look of forum?

Yes and need to learn and very more practice , first time try a simple version like phpBB3 and later phpBB2 / punBB , good luck , if you need more help , try the support sections .

Can I set picture on place between categories and forums, because it is in one color, and forum is colorised...
