how does my portal look? Empty how does my portal look?

after my local football move to their new forum and no use my forum anymore i decided to change it and make a football chat forum

i just want to know if my portal look ok or if not what would you change on it?

it looks great, but personally i would not have the rules on the portal. Its the first boat of call for guests and lots can be put off by firm rules!

hello spook,can u kindly temme how u designed ur portal like that im trying from a long time to keep the categories like as u kep main forums etc,how to do that...plzz?????
