watching a topic

My forum keeps sending me emails saying someone posted back in a topic im watching...
but I never said I wanted to watch that topic! I just posted in it!
how can I make sure Im not watching a topic automatically?

its getting annoying and if im annoyed for sure my users are...

Hi Shamguy4 You can click on your profile on the Nav bar and go to watch topics and select the topics you no longer wish to watch and click stop watching selected topics. That should do it, and stop the emails from coming. Wink

Make sure someone is not using your account. That can be the problem too.

I have done that and it somehow just automatically adds me to the watch list of a topic if i post in it
what do I do?

Always notify me of replies :
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.

Check and see if that is clicked, change it to no and click save. Maybe that might be the problem as well blackeye

I made sure that i wasnt checked but I still have the problem?? I started a new post and I got an email when the post got a reply?? I dont want abn email!!
too much emails!!! help!
