This may seem Weird but Just about Every 1-3 days I either Add something new to my forum or i remove something!
i also write down ideas i have for my forum that come to me thorough out the day, in a note book!
Razz hehe i have no life! But i want to know how often do you add new things to your forum?

I usually add/remove features every so often. If its not getting much use, or the users don't like it I'll usually just remove that feature. When I'm not really busy I love editing the templates for pun and bb2 along with style modifications. Its nice to try something new every so often so you can learn from that experience. ^^

I enjoy adding new features but I tend to space them out, especially if they are not needed. In my own personal opinion if a forum makes too many changes to the way it operates or runs then members quickly get sick of too many changes. So I try add useful features in rather than adding in something that purely isn't needed.
