That's a pic that's been deleted from tiny pic, find this url either in your css stylsheet or pic management: http://tinypic.com/images/404.gif and remove it or replace it.

CSS Stylesheet is located at AP>>Display>>colors>>Css stylesheet tab.

Pic management is located at AP>>Display>>Pic management>>Advanced Mode.
