Solved Requesting account cancellation?

Post by NatOnline October 30th 2013, 9:13 am

Hello!

I registered for a new user ID on this help forum using a Hotmail address to access it, but I never received the activation email (I checked my spam folder, block-list…etc.). I had to register again with a gmail. How can I have that account completely cancelled as I might like to use that username in the future (it's considered taken now)?

Thank you!

The best thing to do is ask the admin of that forum to delete the previous account you made and rename that one.

Oh, it's not a forum account: It's a user ID for THIS help forum so I could access it. I never received the activation email for it and now both the email & USER Id will be unavailable for future use.

Hi,

Hmm are you shure you can't use that? Maybe you need try again.

I don't know why you are not recive e-mail. But it isn't because of forumotion, so I don't know how we can help you. And please if you want acount activation, or deletion you just need to post it here, and administrators will fix it.

If you are register, and not activate account then it is in inactive accounts, so administrators can activate that. So just post your nickname of that account, and wait for somebody frou staff

Hi,

You cant and aren't allowed to have two or more accounts here at FM. Please PM the following to either Sanket or Buttercup:

Title of Msg: Account Deletion here at FM.
Username of second account.

You'll have to choose which account you want to keep. Also, you aren't able to change your username here unless the username has something personal in it such as email or whatsoever.

Regards,
Sir Chivas.
