Can't remove the "Disallow to send a new password" option.

Recently i recovered a deleted forum, indigo-gaming.forummotion.com, but i couldn't log in on the forum and i tried all the passwords including the creator one. To be able to recover my password i tried to remove the "Disallow to send a new password" option (on https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils) but the forum still won't allow be to recover my password. Is there anything that can be done?

Yes you can contact the staff on Fourmoton and i remember them mentioning something about being able to help you recover the password just wait for a staff member to come on by to help.

I did see that, still doesn't solve my problem since it doesn't matter how many times i click on removing that option it simply doesn't go away.

So then you'll need to send a Password reset PM to any of the staff members listed at the bottom of that topic. They'll be able to help you get back into your forum.

Keep this in mind though:

* For password requests, you must be the founder of the forum and have the foundation email*

Yes, but there is a minimum of posts required to be able to send a private message to anyone.

You need a minimum of two posts before you can send private messages. You have three now so you should be able to send private message.

You have not sent me the creation email, please send the creation email of the forum.
