How to make your forums look better

How do you make your forum look like this? like a website, with tons of boxes and all, then a link to your forums ect:

You can't. That is an Invision Powered Board. We are using PHPbb.

so invision is better? I don't mean to put these down, but is it? Though doesn't it cost money? or just for the domain.

Yeah they did have that, but from what I understand they have done away with the free version. I heard it was due to security risks with that version. But I am not positive about that, so don't quote me. hehehe
