Half year on after the virus on forumotion

My search ranking still hasn't improve after the work have done to improve i dont think it will ever go back how it was.

My question is has forumotion got plan to help us?

before anyone say I'm no doing enough here what i have doing

1. I have over 60,000 people on my facebook page i post on it every 3 hours which is link to twitter with over 4000 followers
2. I got youtube channel (which i post my links on)
3. I post on yahoo answer on dog related question
4. I use phone social networks to promote my forum
5. I have an link exchange
6. I post my forum link on link dictionary
7. I get my website on the most popular dog/pet website
8. i got webmaster tools on google, bling and yahoo
9. I have also an website of my own not forumotion which is grow a lot faster then my forum in an year time i can see it getting more hits then the forum

if my forum has been cut by half becasue of this virus forumotion profits must had one mighty hit!!

Buttercup my forum was top of all search engines before the virus, my forum was growing month on month before the virus.. i'm not new in building an forum please understand this. there nothing i can do to get an better ranking for my forum. now what is forumotion going to do help us becasue forumotion allow this problem to happen.
