hi, is it possible to have a line underneath the headers on my website, the same as this line on this forummotion website, oh and when i open my website into a new tab there is a small picture of a little trophie cup next the name of the forum in the tab name, is it possible to change that picture to what i want, thanks,

That picture next to your forum address is called a favicon. You will find a tutorial about it Here
