Moderators problem??

When i upload a member to Moderators,and then my Moderators log in to forum and the forum said he can't not go!!why??
please help me??

Make sure you did not mess up the moderator groups.

And if that is not the case it was a update.

do you have any other admins? if you do then an admin might have changed his privileges if not like uber lord said it was an update

i deleted the moderator person!!now i need to know how to upload the moderators and i want moderators work???thanks

Did you give permissions to the group moderators that they have permission to moderate the forums?

itll say add user or whatever its at the buttom and add his name and check mod privileges for modding forum it could be they cant moderate forums

admin pannel>>>Users & Groups>>>groups>>>Group Administration>>>Moderators>>>action>>>Click the permissions button>>>Moderator status>>>Check the box is moderator.

yeah i know it doesnt itll say select forum moderators (from a group) when you press on the gear button

i can't see these steps!!?

to allow mods to moderate forums go to admin panel>forums>permissions and click on all the forums you want moderators to moderate!

oh i did same your steps but when the moderator log in to forum and then the forum said he can't go to the forum!!

try using the regular log in page then

admin and guest can log in!!but moderator can't

have forumotion staff look at the forum. thats all i can say because thats beyond me because ive never heard of that bug before

because i don't understand why the moderator log in and thr forum said communicate:this is not a forum!!!??
